Our business has evolved over time. We have tried a little bit of everything in our quest to satisfy the quilters we have met over the course of the past seven years. When the store was first opened in 2001, it seemed as though the longarm quilt machine over powered the space. Then after moving to the new location, we never thought it would ever be filled up. By the time we closed the store to opt for the road, the store was jammed full. Now our wares must fit into the confines of a 7 by 14 foot trailer and are displayed in varying size booths. Once again space is a premium. We like the website so everything can be spread out a bit more than usual. Should you have specific questions about our kits, fabrics or frames, please feel free to contact us. We try to have something for everyone. If you don’t see it here on our website or in our booth at a show, ASK US! We may have it or maybe it would be something we can get for you. We are here to help. Our Return Policy
While we hope that all of our online shoppers are completely satisfied with all of their purchases, we realize that sometimes this is not the case. Customers can return items they are not satisfied with within thirty (30) days of its purchase. We will refund purchase price once items have been returned to us. Refunds will not be made for shipping and handling charges. We will not make refunds for sale items and fabric purchased by the yard or fabric that has been altered, cut or otherwise changed from its original condition. All returns must be in original condition and must not have any odors (especially smoke.) |

Shipping Information
DOMESTIC PAYMENT AND SHIPPNG OPTIONS: Most orders are processed and on their way to you within 24 hours. Any items that we have in stock, shipped standard shipping, should arrive at its new home (yours) within 4 to 10 days within the continental US . Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and Military addresses may take a little longer to arrive. If you have not received your purchase within 14 days of your transaction, CALL US! And we will track the order. Any items on backorder will not be charged additional shipping charges. For the most part, unless you request otherwise, we will use the United States Post Office for shipping. Shipping and handling charges are listed in the table below. |

Rush Shipping Choose from either 2nd or 3rd day Rush Shipping. Add $ 16.00 per package to standard shipping charges for 2nd day and $ 10.00 per package for 3rd Day. Rush Orders can be shipped to Contiguous US addresses only, via UPS and they cannot be shipped to P. O. Boxes. For Orders received by 1:30 PM central time, Monday through Thursday, your package will be delivered within two or three businesses days, excluding holidays and weekends. 2nd Day orders placed on Friday prior to 2:00 PM, Central time, will arrive on the following Tuesday, 3rd Day will arrive on the following Wednesday. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be delivered Wednesday and Thursday, respectively. When you place an order, we will ask you to specify your preferred shipping method. Correct shipping charges will be calculated for you automatically. All available items in your order will be shipped in the expedited ship method you requested. Any item that is on backorder will be shipped as soon as the item becomes available by the standard shipping method. |

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING INFORMATION—CANADA
Your Order will be shipped via Canada Post’s Expedited Mail Service. As a service to our Canadian customers, we collect from you only a GST and Duty of 7% on the total value of items ordered, excluding any shipping charges. Note—You are responsible for any HST or PST, if applicable. Since all postal fees are paid ahead of time, there is no additional waiting for your package. It will arrive at your door as soon as we can get it to you so you can start sewing right away!
Payment and Shipping outside the U.S. or Canada
We regret to inform you that we do not, at this time, offer international shipping for our customers. We will continue to ship to all of the United States, Canada, all US territories and all Military Addresses that include an APO or FPO. We have not been able to get reasonable rates, reliable shipping and accurate time frames for shipping. We are sorry for the inconvenience that this policy may cause, We will continue to research this option and update our site as we gather reliable information.
All payments are via credit card and our prices are quoted in U.S. dollars only. In this case, we can accept your order using your international address for billing, BUT a domestic address for shipping. |
